Warm southern exposure, with nearby access to private shared waterfront on tranquil Cufra Inlet and to extensive walking trails and greenspace.

Our cabin rents (fully furnished) for $800 per month in the winter season and $1300 per month in the summer (plus utilities). Prices in Canadian dollars. Swordfern will accommodate up to 7 people, with one queen sized bed in the bedroom and 2 beds and cot in the loft. There is a full kitchen, bath and shower.
Swordfern Cottage is located on Meadow Valley Properties on Thetis Island, which is a 206 Acre Strata with private roads and 75 Acres of shared private greenspace, including waterfront, forest, lakes and trails which give good access to walking on the rest of the island. The lake outside your living room window is home to many species of birds, and also attracts many migratory species.
Thetis Island is relaxed, rural, peaceful and
crime-free. Ideally suited for recreation and family. Diverse outdoor recreational
opportunities are available on the island and nearby. Thetis combines seclusion
with convenience and is a perfect base from which to explore the potential of
southern Vancouver Island.
